The present weight loss programs are designed to accommodate patients of all ages by managing their weight by first setting up their goal weights based on BMI and stomach height ratio. 

Then we consider affordability and if there is any special event or a targeted goal for timing. 

The programs include a mix and match of all FDA-approved medications starting with total body detox by fasting, including intermittent fasting or using available select supplements or IV Detox Therapy. 

 Lastly, weight management is about balancing calories and maintaining a healthy diet.  This can be done in an old-fashioned way using diet pills, also known as appetite suppressants like Phentermine of different strengths. These diet pills can be used along with water pills to shed “water weight” or by adding Topiramate (name brand Qysmis) or Prozac to overcome stress eating ( name brand PhenPro) or LDN +bupropion ( name brand Belviq).
